After a meeting, the CESA announced the good news and bad news. The good news is a green signal to the “Phuket SandBox” Program and all tourists, expats, local Thai people are welcome. The bad news is that 7 days changed to 14 days i.e. people must stay 14 days in Phuket island before their visit to other destinations around Thailand.

Phuket is opening soon. Just 26 days to reopen Phuket island, Thailand under the “Phuket Sandbox” Program or Model. The opening date is 01 July 2021.
