After a meeting, the Center for Economic Situation Administration (CESA) announced the Good News & the Bad News about the “Phuket SandBox Model”. The good news is a green signal to reopen the Phuket on 01 JULY 2021 i.e. Phuket SandBox Model is confirmed and opens the doors to international visitors. The bad news is that people must stay for 14 days in Phuket Island instead of 7 days. Phuket SandBox Model is open to anyone around the world. It’s not just for foreign vaccinated tourists, but also for returning vaccinated expats & local Thai vaccinated people, can take advantage of this Phuket SandBox Model. But there is a condition, which is people have to come from a low to medium-risk country. If any people want to go to other destinations or province around Thailand then they must stay 14 days in Phuket island then they can visit any other destination around Thailand.
